RISK ASSESSMENTS INFORMATION

Risk assessments must be completed for all filming taking place on OR off Humber campuses. This exercise and form is to make you aware of and think about all the potential risks associated with your specific filming and production. â€‹

It is a form that you will fill out addressing all the Hazards that may come up during your filming. A Hazard is anything that could cause a member of the cast, crew or public any harm emotional, physical or mental.

The form for you to fill out as well as where to submit it and a sample are included for you below.

RISK ASSESSMENT FORMS and GUIDE

All filming requires a Risk Assessment to be completed. See the guide to filling out the Risk Assessment Form. There is also a sample for you to reference on the types of hazards you may see on filming.

Please submit your Risk Assessment by email to Megan Naylor (megan.naylor@humber.ca) and your supervising professor for approval.
