Risk assessments must be completed for all filming taking place on OR off Humber campuses. This exercise and form is to make you aware of and think about all the potential risks associated with your specific filming and production. ​

It is a form that you will fill out addressing all the Hazards that may come up during your filming. A Hazard is anything that could cause a member of the cast, crew or public any harm emotional, physical or mental.
